HTBF is a NGO registered in Chennai in 2010 and working towards helping the visually impaired (VI) students for their university education and skills development including Computer, communication and daily living skills leading to preparing them for employment in the inclusive world. We support around 2500 college students in around 230 colleges in 14 states.
